"Breakfast menu was very average. No bacon, no beans. Staff excelent, Hotel was cold, no heating on the room. Leaking toilet all night."

Nothing was resolved while I stayed there. Mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. All in all the stay was uncomfortable."

"Our stay was short but very nice. The kind woman at the front desk was beyond helpful. We had asked if the hotel had a luggage scale. Unfortunately they did not. But in an unexpected gesture a phone call was made to a friend, who then brought a scale for our use from her home. This was customer service above and beyond!!"
