"Stayed for three nights in September 2024. Lovely rooms, very comfortable and good bathrooms. Those were the positives. The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...

"Ich wollte hier übernachten, obwohl ich weiter entfernt zu tun habe. Die Bewertungen machten aber schon Lust auf mehr. Und tatsächlich Hotel, Restaurant und Bar, alles passt. Es ist picobello sauber. Das Zimmer ist groß, hat einen Balkon. Für Getränke ist auch in dem Etagen Kühlschrank noch gesorgt. Im Restaurant ist mein herrlich lecker. "Rooms are great and spacious, also clean. We’ve booked some massages in advance which were also great value. (Keep in mind these are wellness, not medical!). However, the Fitness room needs some proper maintenance. Water rower out of water, Spin bikes barely moving, Weight stand bend, .. Nothing serious, but unexpected in a pricey 4* Hotel. Same is true for the Sauna Area. Like the knobs to hang your bathrobe/towel are either gone, or super loose. Again, it does function and I had a few Sauna...
