"(May 25), around 9:30 PM, our guests started taking showers. However, after only a short period, the hot water completely stopped and turned freezing cold in all 5 rooms. This caused an incredibly distressing and unacceptable situation—some of our guests already had shower gel all over their bodies ..."

"The outside of the building looks terrible. Abandonbed. I thought my husband was joking when he said that was it. But the inside was completely redone and surprisingly modern and clean. Communication was terrible, but thank goodness the couple who cleans was there and they were a huge help, otherwise ..."
