"I had such a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and I was surprised by how spacious everything felt. I loved the little complimentary touches like body cream, hair oil, and hair ties… so thoughtful! There are laundry machines on site, which made things really convenient, and I really appreciated that they can arrange luggage delivery straight to the airport (not all hotels do that). It’s about a 10 minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, but...

"The room is quite big compared to other hotels in the area. We opted for the western-japanese with a balcony which was GREAT. Service at reception was very nice too and helped us with the TA-Q-BIN and other issues. It's near the station, very convenient. NOTE: As other guests said, the train tracks are near so you could expect some noise, but with the double window we did not have any issue, it's like a murmur at night and should not disrupt your sleep."

"位子離池袋站稍微有點距離，但是不影響他的位子優勢，樓下就是超級好逛的商場，飯店內也有一家超商可以購物，十分便利，飯店本身雖然看得出歲月的痕跡但是服務人員的態度非常好也很專業，住宿房間看出去的景觀也非常好，推薦住宿。"
