"Cometí el error de no hacer mi reservación por el total de la estancia, me faltó un día y NO me pudieron ayudar en la recepción, tuve que hacer una reserva en otra aplicación para poder asegurar la noche faltante y NO me aseguraban que pudiera usar la misma habitación, al final si me la dejaron. Por otro lado se ve descuidado y alfombras ya gastadas o sucias; en la habitación, deficiencia en las toallas de baño y tapetes durante la estancia; y toallas muy gastadas, regadera sin poder regular adecuadamente la temperatura del agua (habitación 603), el AC no regula la temperatura."
