"Stayed here years ago. The rooms haven't changed much. The rooms are pretty standard, but the lobby, staff and food are all better than most hotels. Maybe a little old school, but I love the look of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable. The event banquet food has always been wonderful. They can handle the volume of plates without affecting the appeal. Great work!"

"This inn is a very old, but lovingly restored, quaint, old building near the centre of Keene. Our host was excellent. He went out of his way to greet us even though we were a little late arriving. He kept us informed with a few, key emails. The breakfast was simple, but there were many options. Parking was free and wasy."

"The house and grounds are beautiful. They reminded us of a fine English country house. Sarah and Ryan are ideal B&B hosts; friendly but not intrusive. Cold wine, beer and soft drinks were available in for guests to help themselves, as well as tea and coffee.
We were attracted to the Howarth Suite with its whirlpool tub, and were not disappointed. It was large, full of beautiful and interesting things (as was the rest of the house), and the tub was easily big enough for two and worked very well....
"The ac is off when we got there at 5pm at 1130 we were all dripping in sweat still after having the air on full blast the entire time. We never uncovered the beds because it was so hot so cant say how clean the beds were but the floor turned our feet black within 30 minutes used some baby wipes to clean the floors the best i could but it was terrible. The bathroom faucet was very dirty and the shower was visably dirty on the bottom probably from everyones black feet that had stayed there and the...
"Terry was an amazing host. She was so hospitable and made my stay here that much more comfortable. She not only cooks really amazing breakfast but she was so helpful when I wanted to check out the town. Her house is really truly beautiful and the lake is a little walk away from the house. I highly recommend coming here."
