"A wonderful welcome at reception and an upgrade to an executive room was especially pleasing. The location and external appearance are perhaps the hotel’s less positive features, but the quality of my room & brilliant customer service more than made up for slight reserves about the location. "

"We asked for a view of the bay and was to,d that there was a £30 per night surcharge. We have stayed here before but never ever were charged a surcharge. Last time mt friends, we have a lot of choice."

"Unfortunately the bathroom had hairs on the bath and a razor left on the tap which was a bit off putting. Ate in the restaurant which wasn’t great, steak tough and omlette tasted like it had been fried in old fat. "
