The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

Property definitely needs a bit of maintenance. My room was not very clean and they didn’t not service the room daily. Only one day they replaced towels and made the bed. Overall ok stay but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again Breakfast was good

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

Non responsive staff

My connecting flight was delayed so I never made it to rio. I tried contacting the hotel several times before this happened and after it happened, and the hotel never responded. Terrible customer service. I have reported the incident to hotels.com

This hotel is terrible, it’s located in a very unsafe neighborhood, and the hotel is dark and old, everything is old, the hallways are very dark. And even the mirrors on the stair walls are broken. They even charge R$30 if you want to put your luggage in their storage for a little while after you check out. It’s not worth the money even though the hotel charge low price. Not recommended

O hotel em si tem uma estrutura bacana, facil acesso perto de quase tudo. Os pontos negativos são apenas nao ter 1 frigobar no Quarto , tinha algumas agua pra consumo ( caso fosse) porém as mesma estavam quentes e o Sinal Wifi pessimo dentro do Quarto.

No check-in, demorou muito pra liberar o quarto, percebi que os corredores estavam muito escuros e o quarto não possuía frigobar. Além disso, enquanto eu estava dormindo, duas hóspedes entraram no quarto informando que também haviam recebido a mesma acomodação. Ou seja, o quarto foi liberado para duas reservas diferentes, o que causou bastante desconforto.
