O apartamento é mto bem localizado, em rua tranquila a uma quadra da praia. Ele é bem pequeno e da parte boa, tem uma boa cama, um bom chuveiro e um bom ar condicionado. O sofá cama é péssimo, impossível uma terceira pessoa dormir lá. O apartamento tem janelas para uma espécie de foço de fios, e fica ao lado de uma janela (interna vizinha), que é péssimo, pois logo cedo vc escuta conversas altas de vizinhos. No final, para duas pessoas vale a pena ficar lá, para mais pessoas não indico.
