We were placed in multiple rooms, all of which were dirty and unsafe — visible mold, blood/body fluid stains on bedding, strong foul odors, broken fixtures, and unsecured doors. The conditions made it difficult to breathe. This is not a 4-star property. The sanitation, safety, and customer service were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here. "
