"Room was clean overall and had most amenities, would have liked a luggage rack. Asked for a quiet room, was placed next to the service elevator and stairs so all we heard was banging. Room temperature was set and despite numerous requests to lower it, they would not. Very uncomfortable, had to open windows (no screens) on first floor, which was also uncomfortable from a safety point of view. Had to get door key reset 3 times to work, would have called the front desk but the phone was not working so had to walk down each time, was then told I could call them using my cell phone, why should I have to use my phone plan to get service. Seemed very strange. On the positive side, they have a good shuttle service to the airport and nice restaurants and breakfast buffet. One very helpful front desk person. Likely would only stay here again with specific request of room location. "
"Great hotel. Very well located next to the cruise ship port also to all the main attractions in the local area. You can walk around for hours being amazed at the sites. Hotel staff spoke English and were very kind and helpful to us. They have a cruise ship shuttle every 15 minutes for 3 Euros. Really enjoyed our stay here. 🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁"
