Room service was pathetic. Did not even get drinking water after calling 6 times over half an hour. Poorly maintained rooms with lots of mosquitos. Unfresh blankets and towels, RO water filled in bisleri bottle given as mineral water! Random shampoo filled in bottles and given as natural shampoo.

Nice Hotel at a convenient location

This hotel is located on the Dehradun-Rishikesh road, at Nataraj Chowk. I was going to visit Badrinath, Hemkund Sahib, Valley of Flowers, and Auli. Therefore, this hotel was very convenient for me. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from the rooms was superb. Room service was satisfactory. A few more options in the food could be made available. The spa at the top floor was good. I had used the car rental service provided by the hotel. The cost of car rental was acceptable. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Communicating with the staff was difficult as they do not speak much English. Ordering in the restaurant was a confusing experience for all parties and the laundry service was delivered wet and a day late.

Comfortable Stay with beautiful surroundings...!

I stayed in the hotel for 1 day only. Staff is very courteous. I booked classic room but they upgraded me to Suite. The room was very neat & clean and spacious too. Hotel location is very good. The quality of food & services is simply gr8......! No words to say. I used there spa which is a tremendous experience. In evening they arranged the Barque on roof top & told me about the Yoga & Meditation in house classes which starts at 07:00 am on Roof top garden & the view was very beautiful.
