"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

"It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking "

"Check in was a breeze, room clean and spacious. Bar and restaurant great, food was delicious Complimentary house drinks were a nice surprise at check in and used gratefully. Parking onsite was easily done via app. Although a short stay it was a good one"

Unfortunately there was a big rain storm that somehow leaked into my room from the walls and I found myself rearranging the furniture to stay dry at 1 a.m. LOL not the hotels fault but a bit of a shock. They were very good and offered me another room for tonight."

"Good parking, helpful staff. Didn’t realise the room I booked didn’t have a heat pump (in winter) but there was a stand alone heater which kept us warm thankfully. Would stay again"
