"Tout est sans doute très bien dans cet hôtel - sauf la relation clientèle! Trois semaines avant ma date de séjour , j’ai averti que j’avais un empêchement familial ( faire la garde malade- infirmière auprès de mon conjoint). Refus catégorique de rembourser, même partiellement. Pas de geste commercial ..."
