Il problema è che non siamo stati avvisati per tempo del fatto che non andasse. quindi niente acqua calda. La proprietaria, oltre a definirsi giustamente dispiaciuta, ha cercato in tutti i modi di risolvere la questione anche proponendoci altra struttura. ma ciò non toglie il grossissimo disagio."
