The floors were dirty on all the corners of the room and the first room we were offered had the door broken into and it wouldn’t lock. Staff was helpful to immediately relocate us, but for a family with kids already tired from the road, it really bothered me. "The room was very clean and the staff very attentive. In addition to cleanliness, comfortable beds are super important to me. The mattress was great and sheets were very soft and breathable. I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy. "Perfect stay for going to a local show like the Palace Theatre as it’s within walking distance. Great breakfast till 9:30. The parking is also great as they utilize a garage next door that made it so easy!"
