"We have stayed at BW PLUS in St George. Loved it. This one was a completely different experience. Air conditioning kept us up. Pool is very minimal. Breakfast was just minimal compared to St George hotel. Will not be staying at this location again."

"Clean room. Loved the pictures of “olden days” decor. I was surprised at the unfriendly lobby staff (as if you were bothering them). Unfortunately, it’s location is in a heavy industrial area and the surrounding area is under construction of new roads/growing community. Most likely all will improve when construction is completed."

"Upon check -in, super easy and efficient but what made it above and beyond was that the hotel staff fulfilled my request for a conjoined room. I have a family of 6 so having the peace of mind that my children was just a conjoined door away eased my anxiety. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My kids loved making their own waffles and then to add the whip cream and sprinkles, they were in sugar heaven."

"To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards. Good thing I always bring my own cleaning supplies! The bed itself seemed to be fairly clean but considering...

"The beds are hard and very uncomfortable. The laundry room was closed. The water feature at the pool did not work or wasn't turned on. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. So it was a decent experience overall."

"Very clean. Bedrooms are spacious. Good variety of food options. McDonald's, panda express, subway, dunkin donuts along with a Mexican, deli, fine dining, and casual restaurant. The pool should be open until 11pm or better yet open 24 hours for adults. Its nice to go for a dip after a long day. I really live the ADULT ONLY hours. Bingo was fun and plenty of sessions each day. I visited the gift shop for a few items I forgot. Love the large selection of gifts."
