"Someone broke into my room and the staff was nonchalant about it. I received a call about my dogs barking. I came back to the hotel to find them enraged and one of the released from their cage. There were articles of clothing in the room that weren’t mine, my husbands duffle bag had been rummaged through and someone placed a towel in my dogs bed strategically. I went to the front desk to complain. I told the male staff I didn’t feel safe. Not once did he offer to give me a different room while he “investigated” the issue. I went back to the room and felt this weird feeling of being watched. I went back down and asked for a different room. The male staff also was more concerned about my deposit and said I could leave instead of having empathy and giving me another room. When I asked for another room still, nonchalantly, he said “okay”, gave me another room. The entire stay that same male employee was glued to his computer with a hand on each side. He never left that position. His concern was with whatever was on that screen for hours. I will never stay at this chain of hotels again. "

"Great service at check in, breakfast bar is great, the elevator went out while I was there but my ossue wasnt woth that. The issue was the faucet in the tub dripped and water pressure was horrible. This is my third stay here but this s the only issue i have had with this hotel out of the three stays. "

"Absolutely zero complaints about our stay. From the moment we walked in to our farewell at departure the staff was amazing. Beds were clean and comfy. Received a call shortly after arrival checking if we had everything we needed which was a special touch to the stay. Breakfast had a good selection and staff working kitchen was very inviting. "

"I stayed here with my son for Monster Jam. The hotel was very conveniently located for a short walk to the Alamodome. The nightly happy hour was a nice touch. The overnight front desk agent gave my son a cowboy hat at check out, which he absolutely loved. Thanks for a great stay!"
