"Great and unique stay at the Ranch Motel, has a real neat retro Americana charm that’s getting harder to find these days. Well-maintained and comfortable rooms located conveniently just off the interstate. Definitely recommend!"

"They are in the process of redoing their rooms. We went into the new rooms and it looked clean and fantastic but it did have a strong new carpet, new paint smell that we could not endure so they were very accomodating to put us in the outdated room. It definitely needs an update but we were able to sleep well without the newness odors. The breakfast was great. The lady that made sure everything was stocked was very kind and sweet with a smile on her face. I would definitely come back."

"The Cottage Inn feels more local than well-known chains. Less formal, little pretension, very personable staff, clean and well-maintained. Local places can have some downsides, however. The morning breakfast included coffee that was so burnt I couldn't swallow it. And our empty room refrigerator smelled like a sewer inside. My husband had a reaction to something (perhaps something used to clean the room or to wash the towels?) that definitely impacted his impression of our stay. I would stay there again; not sure he would."

"Beautiful retreat in the woods! Exactly what we needed! The host, Beth, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! We had an amazing time and breakfast was top notch! We’ll definitely be back!"

"While we didn't think this would be like a room at the Holiday Inn, we weren't prepared for the cute little room we got. The rooms are what used to be a RR station and have been upfitted with enough modern conveniences that you won't be disappointed - surprised, but not disappointed. Our room (and I assume the others are like this) was filled with gadgets, devices, and appliances that were vintage for the time the RR was operating and stopped there (think early 1900's). It was fun to try and figure out what these items were used for back in the day. They have WiFi, a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave so you're not back in the 1900's yourself. It's an interesting mix of eclectic, nostalgic, and quaint. Very nice!"
