"The property was so pretty. The room was extremely clean and more spacious than I expected. I can't say enough about the staff - they were friendly, kind, helpful!!! The location was perfect and made it so easy to visit all the other areas of Cape Cod. I highly recommend it and will visit again, for sure!"

"Friendly staff. The downside is there is no lobby area restroom. My sister and her husband needed to use the restroom when we came back from a tour but their room was in the middle of being cleaned. While they were able to use the one in our room, anyone without traveling with others would have to wait."

The location was excellent—we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. "I hate to give bad reviews, but there are time when it becomes necessary. I found the staff inattentive, my room reeked of stale cigarette smoke (in spite of numerous notices saying it was a non-smoking establishment), and the "free" breakfast inedible (the imitation scrambled eggs cooked to dry crumbs). In addition, in our bathroom I found the shower fixture loose on the wall and an incorrectly installed electric outlet (a large gap between the wall and the fixture). The establishment was...
