"From the moment I arrived, I could tell the Residence Inn Windsor staff was exceptional! I was greeted warmly, accommodated entirely and the rooms were big and spacious. Further, I had cleaning service every day! A hidden jewel of a hotel 5 minutes away from Bradley Airport. I'll definitely stay there again. "
"Wonderful staff and the room was very clean. There were board games we could borrow and our room had a door so we had some privacy from the kids. Breakfast had the standard along with eggs, sausage, potatoes and pancakes. Nothing incredible but everyone found something to eat. "
"This hotel was a blessing to me during a tough time while visiting Connecticut. I initially chose to stay at the Motel 6 down the road. I am pretty sure that people live in that motel, and they do not respect other people in that space. It was quite a disturbing experience. Fortunately, I decided the next day to reserve a room at the Doubletree Hilton. This hotel was 1,000 times better. I appreciate all the staff that work there for making this a beautiful experience for me despite the initial struggle with the other Motel. Thank you Hilton for all you do!"
