"The accommodation was fine. However, we were at the very end of the hotel so accessing the bar and restaurants was a lengthy walk. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of options.
Unfortunately, althought our starter at dinner was lovely, I chose cod which was dry, overcooked and full of bones. My husband, although he ordered a hamburger, got a very grizzly steak which was inedible. When we told the waiter, he didn't really care. Just shrugged and said fish have bones.

"The hallways were worn and rather dirty, but the room and the lobby were very clean and pleasant. The pool was the best part—super clean and perfect temperature!"
"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The house and garden were quirky and arty and in easy reach of everything. The meal with wine tasting was interesting and enjoyable, it was good to be able to sit outside to eat. The property was also easy to find and we could park nearby."
