"Unexpected late check-in fee with no prior disclosure. We arrived at the hotel a little after 9 PM on Tuesday, August 11. At around 8:20 PM, while we were still on the way, we called the hotel to request an extra blanket. We also told them we were still driving and would arrive in about 40 minutes.
