"The location is good,and the service is excellent,but the bathroom needs a new water tap and washing basin they are completely unusable,the hotel management should changing this immediately , breakfast is also unacceptable"

"Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!! "

"I booked a Service Apartment with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. However, I was given a room with 1 king bed only. The Hotel gave me additional 1 single bed mattress. Information in the booking was not tally with the actual room."
