"Claudio @ four points were very accommodating and also the receptionist were very generous, I asked for bottle water I was given more than I asked for .. the hotel is close to Al batha so food is not a problem . "The property is centrally located and it’s under renovation. As long as you stay in the renovated units you will have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback I would have is to have English speaking crew on staff on all times to help with communication with non-Arabic speakers. "
