simply bad
I booked two rooms (#2 & #27). In the first room the toilet flush was running all the time, in the second room, the bathroom door wouldn´t close because it was installed incorrectly!!!!
In summary, a newly built hotel to forget about, zero points!!!!!

Dårlig oplevelse. Vask i bad var så lille at det næsten ikke var muligt at vaske sig i ansigtet. Masse af vand løb ned over mit tøj. En vask skal være mindst 45 cm i dybden. Denne kun 24 cm, det holde ikke. Sæbedispenser skulle man vente på efter tryk, da næste tryk først var klar efter flere minutter. Rigtig dårligt da man jo bruger mere end et tryk ved bad. Endvidere ingen tv på værelset. Larm fra gangen, da ingen tæppe på, og så var der en sprække på en cm under døren hvilke gav ekstra larm og lys ind så det var svært at sove. Selvom det var et nyt hotel var standarder for hvordan man laver hoteller komfortabelt bestemt ikke opfyldt. En rigtig dårlig oplevelse og stor frustration. Jeg vil gerne have mine penge retur da det var ubemandet og man ikke kunne gøre noget.

Låsesystemet for at komme ind på værelset, kunne vi ikke få til at virke, så vi måtte vente på hjælp. Ellers var værelset fint det var også helt nyt, men meget spartansk udstyret, f eks. intet tv/radio, ingen sengeborde og derfor alt måtte ligge på gulvet, der var kun 2 bøjler, det var i det hele taget dårligt---- men gode senge.
