"Clean and convenient property. All common areas were very clean. We appreciated breakfast and being so close to the airport. But our room was awful. It smelled bad. The bed smelled old and sour. The bed was very low to the ground; squeaked at every move and dumped us both to the middle. That mattress needs to be trashed immediately."

"Breakfast was a mild disaster. Many people trying to get in just finally turned around nd left after being ignored for over 15 minutes to be sat. Some of us waited it out and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes to even be waited on. Friendly staff, but maybe understaffed? Only 13 people were trying to eat and could hear kitchen staff loud in the kitchen but 2 wait staff just not maybe enough for the 13 patrons trying to eat."

"The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected."

"We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean."

"Took half hour to check in- no line. Not helpful or friendly staff. Contacted them a few times before explaining I wanted to park & shuttle. Then learned it was $15 a night. Guy at desk not at all polite just shrugged his shoulders kind of remarks. I wasn’t angry, just surprised & disappointed. Returning I was on hold for an hour til they answered the front desk phone to let them know I needed a shuttle to the hotel. I am now waiting."

"I took my daughter and her friend from 3 hrs. away to visit the cities - it was her 18th birthday. I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and the proximity to the mall. I asked about pool hours on the phone before even checking in and asked about the location of the pool upon check-in. At NO POINT was there a mention of the pool being out of commission. After it was discovered it was closed (the sign said for the day, which is doubtful) I called the front desk. She said she just got...

"I must have forgotten the size of a queen bed because they seemed a little small to me, but besides that, everything else was great! The bathroom sparkly white clean. Like the bathtub looked newly installed. The pool area nice and well kept. The rooms were well kept and in place. Staff very friendly and helpful. A gas station within walking distance. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Overall we recommend for the price! Will stay again!"
