"Not terrible rooms, and complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. The pool seems to be the only thing they’ve upgraded in a while. Walls are paper thin so if you want to eavesdrop on what you’re neighbors are saying or watching on TV, this is a perfect hotel. Unfortunately for us it was less than idea. Not to mention the bar of soap and shower cap that were left in the bathroom from the prior guests. They cleaned the room a second time but left crumbs on the table so not sure what else they missed. Management offered us free breakfast for our stay which was the buffet from the on site restaurant — it left much to be desired. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again."

"The staff was top notch. I came with a group of seven for a work conference and they were extremely organized and made everything so smooth, including some administrative follow up I needed for my company. I booked with breakfast vouchers and it was a generous amount that could also be utilized for breakfast room service which was a great touch."

"I didn't know that I'd be checking in with bedbugs or some kind of rodent that had died in the bed. It was brought to the attention of the management team that night that informed me that I should've stayed on the second floor, cause they don't go up to the second floor. "

"This is a very nice hotel! The staff go about their day but they do help when you ask. The room was clean and comfy, a lot of parking and its very convenient and localized to get to a lot of events - especially downtown. The only con is the swimming pool tracks A LOT of water up and down the hallways to get to the elevator. Kinda hazardous but overall - i enjoyed my stay!"
