"There’s nothing special"

"Great river front property! I would definitely stay here again "

"Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!"

"This place was great!"

"Was good walking distance to get to downtown as well as easy access to get to the freeway for out of town trips. Property was well lit and parking was under cover, but laundry was at one end of the block and garbage at the other. "Yes all rooms were clean and staff was helpful"

All they had was a number to call and a girl on the other end that was clueless. I felt bad for her because I called her so many times and her answer was always “let me ask my supervisor”. For beginners, the directions...

"Overall the stay was good. We didn’t realize that we would be staying in 2 separate units but it worked out. The basement entrance was right next to the sewer drainage and did not smell pleasant. Also, the entrance to the 1865 club was through the basement entrance next our unit and was a bit loud. "

"We had a wonderful time; the property was close enough to the action but not too close."
