"We loved everything about the resort, the grounds, the pool areas, the dining options. Great location and definitely catch the shuttle to Cefalu which the hotel runs in the morning and afternoon, only 25 min bus ride."

"I stayed in a small villa which only had 5 minutes of hot water before the water turned cold. Maintenance came to fix the problem, but never fixed it; even though the front desk insisted that maintenance confirmed that the issue was fixed.
