"Very pleasantly surprised with size of room, amenities, cleanliness, and firm mattress. The room was up to date and had a small kitchen with full refrigerator and sink and paper towels, sponge, and cleaning supplies. There was more, but I did not prepare any meals. The mattress was firm and comfortable. Although the bathroom was handicap accessible, it would be difficult to get a wheelchair close to the shower/tub. I would gladly stay again."

"Excellent location on Monroe Ave. Anytime you’re away from home and close to Wegmans, it’s a good location. Noon checkout is a plus. They did not clean our room after the first of two nights but that wasn’t a big deal. Probably our fault. Would absolutely stay again. "

"This hotel was very convenient to shopping and dining options and a short drive from the airport. There is this wonderful antique mall within walking distance. The staff is super helpful and friendly and there were many options on the breakfast buffet. "

"If you want a clean, safe place to lay your head this place is great. They are weak on amenities and the room is very small -but it was everything I needed to get rest -overnight. It was sold-out when I was there and it was hard to reach the front desk -but it was still quiet despite the crowd. Parking is a bit of an issue- I would stay there again -but remember it is an absolutely NO FRILLS joint. 4 1/2 stars for cleanliness, ease of stay and comfort 0 out 5 for their "breakfast" and other...

"Check in was seamless and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area looked good, but we left too early to take advantage. I would recommend this Microtel. The front desk asked if I needed a first floor room and they accommodated me because there is no elevator."
