"The facility needs refreshed with paint and updates. The breakfast was below average. The bed was uncomfortable due to sagging in the middle. Towels and washcloths were stained. Halls needed vacuumed."

"Unfortunately, this was one of the least enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room appeared old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The pillowcases looked worn and stained, the carpet felt dirty, and several of the bed linens were torn. The bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower had visible rust, and the water never became more than lukewarm. Sleep was also difficult because the blackout curtains did not properly cover the window, allowing bright outdoor lights to shine into the...

"The first room I checked into smells so strong of urine I had to ask for another room. The second room add water running from the plumbing in the bathroom sink all over my feet."

"Very clean and convenient location for the start and end of our Riverboat Twilight cruise. The breakfast was pretty good, too! I left my kindle in the room and we were too far away to turn around when I realized it, but they mailed it to me! Very helpful and friendly staff!"

"Positives: Summit at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Booking was easy no surprises. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet. We were right next to the elevator but didn't hear any mechanical noises. Bathroom has an exhaust fan. Hooray. (Why is that EVER optional!!!) Pool is open "seasonally" whatever that means. Disappointed. Breakfast is fine but scant. Would stay again. Avoid the mall next door it's sad."

"Parking was full, the room I booked “was not available” because the rooms were over sold. The employee was at the bar watching a basketball game & didn’t want to help us. He was totally unapologetic, and rude. I was unable to speak to the manager until Saturday evening, who gave me Hilton points to make things better, and said he would talk to the employee.
