"Room and staff were exceptional "

"The toilet was clogged when we got there. The shower drips all night and there was hair in the shower. Upon checking out, the front desk staff was not helpful. We said we were checking out for our room number and the staff member said “ok?” Then proceeded to go back to what he was doing."

"Good location with access to Orland Park, Tinley and Mokena"

"The hotel is nice, but the rooms could use some upgrading. The information page was outdated, so it didn't have accurate info for where the light switches were or how to use the fireplace. The shower stayed damp all day even with the door hooked open and had a mildewy smell. The room was definitely cleaned well, but it's dated. The smart tv would consistently cut out and would have been nice to have been able to swivel it for better viewing. Also, the remotes were missing backs. It's the little things that add up, but currently I'd stay here again. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it's close to restaurants and shopping."

"Nice room, comfy king bed, very nice bathroom. Nice casino for something to do at night as we were traveling back home to Michigan from New Mexico on a Route 66 trip. The parking was convenient right across the street."
