"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no cups in the room for coffee, yet there was a coffee machine and lids for cups. I called down to the front desk and was told they don't supply cups in the room and if I wanted a cup I had to go down to the coffee bar to get one. My tv didn't work in my room. It had sound but no picture. The girl at the front said she was the only one on staff and couldn't leave the front desk so there was nothing she could do to help. I did...

This hotel is centrally located so you can park your car and walk around the old town area. This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. "The room was clean, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location is especially convenient for truckers or anyone needing a quick overnight stop. The rooms have been partially updated with new flooring and a more modern look, but the walls still need some attention, which made the updates feel a bit incomplete. One downside was that the walls are very thin, so noise from neighboring rooms and hallways was easy to hear. The room was also pretty basic, and there wasn’t an iron...

"Never saw the room. The elevator was broken and Expedia would not refund my money. I had to purchase another hotel because I could not climb four flights of stairs in my physical condition. So much for the handicap. Stay away. "
