"carefully chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport for an early morning flight, but it turned out to be a very poor decision. The hotel is under construction and the parking situation is extremely confusing. I followed the instructions for hotel guests in the garage and parked where directed, but no one told me that the parking ticket needed to be validated at the front desk. The next morning when I exited the garage, I was suddenly charged approximately $56 just to leave. When I called the hotel, I was told I should have exchanged the ticket for a validated one, but no one informed me of this at check-in or during the three phone calls I made before arrival about my late check-in. Because of the construction, I spent about 20 minutes trying to locate the front entrance to resolve the issue but eventually had to leave because I was about to miss my flight. I ended up paying the fee just to get out of the garage. The situation caused me to nearly miss my flight. I had to ask people in the airport security line to let me go ahead, and when I reached my gate boarding had already ended and I was one of the last passengers allowed onto the plane. The room also had dead insects under the bathroom sink, and the staff were rude and dismissive during my interactions. I will now have to request reimbursement from the hotel for the approximately $56 parking charge, which could have easily been avoided if guests were properly informed about the parking validation process."

"I like this hotel very close the campus, and provide good breakfast and afternoon snack. "

"When you walk in the lobby is very nice, but the rooms is definitely worth the price you pay. I had to get my room switched because when I got into my room #140 it smelled horrible, the couch inside looked very moldy come to find out the couch smelled like a whole bunch of pee. On top of that the carpet looked like housekeeping didn’t vaccum at all. I asked to get my room switched and they did that with no issue. The next room was better and didn’t smell. When you’re walking down the hallway you smell weed, you see trash on the floor, laundry sitting outside of room, leaking ceiling. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here although it’s cheap and the front looks nice. This place needs to do a lot of remodeling "

"The good was the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in shower was good and it’s close to the airport. This hotel could use some updating and there are too many things to mention here. Outside parking lot area in in real rough shape. Many complained about the water pressure in the shower, mine was good although the last day the water was only lukewarm at best. I was there 4 nights and never did have anyone clean or restock toilet paper. The toilet started running and wouldn’t stop, I told the guy working the front desk as I was leaving around 6:30AM and when I came back in the evening it hadn’t been fixed. I didn’t eat the breakfast, although it looked about average. Overall, this hotel is ok for the price but certainly nothing special. It’s a bit worn and tattered. Although I didn’t use the shuttle it’s close to the airport so if you need a quick overnight stay, it would be fine. There are some decent restaurants down the street about half a mile or so. "

"Every time I am in the area this is always my favorite place to stay. The rooms are always clean and the bed is very comfortable. The amenities are nice and the indoor pool is nice too. Breakfast is good too. Staff is always pleasant. "
