"We were not guaranteed ocean view rooms even though we booked that, but still ended up with a beautiful ocean view in the top floor. We had great access to Smathers Beach! Overall, I don’t think it was worth over $8k including plane tickets to go here for a week. "

"Travelled with small children. The site stated there was a hot tub, but we could not find the hot tub and the pool was cold, making it hard for my family to enjoy the pool when we couldn’t warm up in a hot tub. The live music was quite loud, with the bass traveling pretty much uninterrupted into our hotel room, making it very hard for my family to sleep. We felt it was a hotel designed more for young adults than for families with small children. My wife was glad we only stayed there one night. Did not try the in house food truck. However, the staff we interacted with were very professional"

"I will definitely be staying again at Havana Cabana at Key West! I highly recommend checking out the Griselda room it’s spacious and perfect for 5–6 people. The staff was incredibly kind from beginning to end. I truly felt like I was on a vacation away from home. On our last day, my siblings and I spent time enjoying the amenities and lounging by the pool, which was such a great experience. I loved that throughout the day they offered complimentary smoothies, Jello shots, and churros it really added to the amazing experience. I also appreciated how they would text me updates about what was happening at the hotel and any accommodations I might need. The only small issue I had was that I did request a few things through the text messaging system and didn’t receive a response. However, in person, the staff was 100/10 so kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. I came here for my birthday, and they truly made me feel special. We left feeling so relaxed. The transportation options were also amazing we rented scooters for $50 a day, there were bikes available for $14, and there was a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to Duval Street. The last shuttle comes back at 10:30 PM, which made it perfect for going out, bar hopping, and not worrying about driving. Our shuttle driver was also very kind and shared great stories on the ride. The hotel itself was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be coming back! "

"The resort overall was amazing! Close proximity to the beach and Duval Street was so accessible. It would have been nice if the pool bars were open later in the evening. Our room was basic but clean. A full length mirror would have been great as well as a longer vanity in the bathroom. Not enough space for two people."
