We stayed for 3 nights. There was a little inconvenience for getting our room when we got there. But overall, we got a clean room, so we were happy for that reason. Beach was not swimmable during our stay, but the pools were opened. Staff are helpful during our stay.

We were facing the parking lot, which was fine. Should have book ocean view. Staff was very helpful, kind and wished us good morning or good evening depending of the time of day. A quick review - the hotel was slightly outdated as was noted in many reviews, but it was clean, everything worked and met the standard need for a vacation. The staff was pleasant but lacked some details to help, no one explained things like where to get coffee or some other basic stuff. The beach was amazing - everything was fun and enjoyable. A few minor changes and I would be giving this a 5 star review.

Hotel was wonderful. Great beach and pool. Very nice. Breakfast is $37/person. Expensive. On Dec 25 there were no other dining options around - hotel restaurant had a great, yet expensive, Buffett. Around $90/person. Without options- we ate there. On all other days - cross the street and you have many reasonable places. Prices similar to the US.

The hotel is very nice and on a beatiful easily accesible beach (Rockley Beach). The staff are very nice and helpful. However, we were on the 3rd floor and there was a problem with the water pressure.There was no hot water and not enough water to take a shower, and sometimes to even flush the toilet. We heard from several guests that this had been going on for a while. Lucky for us the water came on after 3 days of washing in the ocean.

It was our 1st time in Barbados and the location of the hotel was great. Walking distance to get some food, coffee etc. The pool and the beach were fantastic!! The hotel itself needs updating. The beds are hard as rocks. Service was okay but we ended going out to dinner each night as some of the restaurants weren’t open in the hotel. It was good for the kids to swim and play. Walking to Champers was a huge plus. All in all it was okay, but the hotel definitely needs some updating as a lot of people mentioned.

I have been coming here for the past 15 years and unfortunately, year after year, the rooms are just very dated. The staff is helpful, the lobby is nice, but the rooms are dated and smelly. The beach is great, the service at the restaurant is not (this is not atypical from the whole island though), but for Barbados, the price of the hotel is not bad.

Excellent staff and hosting unfortunately the lobby bar was under renovations at the time but the beach bar was more than adequate. The beach was well kept as well as the pool area and bartenders with the bar side pool. The breakfast buffet while very diverse with a lot of choices was a bit on the pricey side. Easy walk to shopping across the street taxi stand just outside of the hotel to get a taxi anywhere on the island. Beautiful beach beautiful sunsets from this area as well.
