"Remodeled room was super clean. Took off one star for the free breakfast where all of the cooked food was basically burnt and the fruit was bruised. Luckily there are other items like mini muffins, cereal, and yogurt available. Would go back!"

"I ordered room service burger and fries with a side of ranch. Burger was great fries not very hot and I didn't get any ranch. My online order showed ranch but the ticket on delivery did not. Delivery said I should put ranch in comments but then why is it a selection on the order. I called and was brought ranch with additional fries since I was using ranch for the fries and the original fries were now cold. Staff was great when I called to report I ordered ranch."
Hotel Revival Baltimore

"Hotel Revival has its issues, but I loved it anyway. The loudest issue was the AC, which made the doors vibrate when it came on. We asked for a different room, but it was hardly better. The room felt damp, and towels and sweaty clothes never dried (I know, Baltimore, but still). We asked for a turndown only once during our 6-night stay, but it didn't happen (felt sad to see a housekeeper practically running between rooms at 5pm). It's an old building, and you don't have to wander far to see how down-and-out Baltimore is. But the place is so Charming! Everyone is unusually friendly without being cloying. The rooms feel large and naturally laid out, with lots of thoughtful storage options. All the spaces are gorgeously designed, appointed with beautiful mid-century art and furniture, which is the real victory. Fitness room is small and windowless, but it had the treadmill, mat, weights, and amenities I needed. Topside Restaurant is worth the high prices for unparalleled views. Revival is a unique hotel that makes a person feel more like a Person."

"The was clean and comfortable, however the air conditioner was not working and the hotel was fully booked. To their credit, they did send a technician to my room right away and he did has the air conditioner repaired within an hour, which I was very pleased about."
