"The hotel and room were good. The power strips on the nightstand and desk should be replaced, the receptacles on each do not work well with modern chargers. Also, the alarm clock is of no value because it is not backlit and can not be read in low light conditions."
"We had a wonderful stay.Everything was perfect, we only have one minor complaint: all the lights were sterile cold. Warm lights would give the room a more pleasant atmosphere. Having said that, the lights switch off by themselves, which is a great energy saving solution. The check-in went really smoothly. It might be a problem for some that there’s no elevator. There are only two floors so if you have no health problems, it is fine. The staff was really very friendly. We can only recommend this place. Thank you for the experience!"
"The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned all week. We were told that rooms are done twice weekly unless otherwise requested. We pointed out that both trash cans were full, we had a pile of dirty towels and were almost out of toilet paper. There were multiple people at the desk. They were all unapologetic but stated that our room would be done today. When we returned, one staff member stopped us and said that our room had been taken care of. When we got upstairs, we found our room almost exactly how we left it. Literally the ONLY thing that had been done is that the trash had been emptied. No clean towels, no more toilet paper, no beds changed or even just made. We were disappointed to say the least. If you're only staying a day or two, or are ok with no service, this place is ok for the price. "
"The room had some older furniture and was poorly maintained with a bad smell of old dirty carpeting. The bath tub was dirty and the shower head was loose.. There was a new TV in the room. I know it was new because it had not been set up to be able to be watched. I tried to call the front desk - dialing 0 as instructed in the binder - but the phone had no dial tone. The front desk said they did not know how to fix the tv and I either had to move rooms or go with no TV. I had already unpacked and had a dog so I went with no tv. They also did not give me a password for internet and seemed confused when I asked for one so I could at least use a computer. When I went to the front desk to ask about the tv the couple in front of me was asking for a refund; they did not want to stay there. I have stayed at Days Inn hotels before and they tend to be OK no frills but in good condition. This one was awful."
"Elevator could not be called up to the forth floor from the fourth floor, Had to walk down to third floor to go down the elevator to lobby.
Missing electrical cover under table and on wall"
