"Directed to an outside lockbox upon arrival due to late check-in. Weather was miserable and I struggled to get the lockbox open while juggling luggage and work papers. Bed sheets were actually dirty from the last guest who apparently had dirt on their feet, which required another call to an off-site manager. They did offer to change my room at that point. Great view of the lake. Not having on-site mangement after 8 pm is a drawback."

"Small but adequate room. Plenty of counter space. Fridge. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet! Carpet is somewhat worn but not terrible. Great fruit at bkfast. Parking on site. Lots of restaurants nearby w/in walking distance! Right off the interstate. "

"Awful experience didn’t even stay the whole night I left 5 minutes after finally getting checked in took them 30min of us waiting because nobody was present we called and rang the bell terrible place"

"Terrible stay! I just can't recommend it. I'm an older single lady and was just passing through for business in Minnesota. First, the room they gave me was propped open and when I entered the windows were wide open - they were trying to air out the smoke smell So they moved me and I was fairly happy UNTIL they checked in these incredibly loud people and they were talking so loudly and sounded like they were tearing up the place! Finally, frightened, I called to make sure the front desk was covered 24/7. It was and they told me the really loud people were a family with small girls. I thought "really???". I thought it was somebody on drugs! The next morning I went to breakfast at 8 am. There was nothing left much, so I tried to grab coffee to take back to my room. These little toddlers were running around crazy in pajamas and knocked me so I spilled hot coffee on my hand and burnt it. So I went back to my room and began to sing foreign language songs to booster myself. I decided if they didn't like it, serves them right anyway. They glared at me when I left but I'll never be back and don't care. I had to wonder if they put that crazy family across from me on purpose. Another note, I was there late last year and there were people from another country running it. Everything was neat and nice and I was treated quite well. This time Americans ran it and we're doing a very poor job. I also took photos when I left to show no damage. Should not have to "
