"We show up on Saturday and wanted to check in but the hotel gave away our room. I spoke to Cassandra on Thursday to assure everything was perfect and even paid for incidentals at that time. So we show up after our baseball game ready to relax and our room was given to someone else. So we had to go to a different hotel."

"We stayed in this property in June 2025 and it was a wonderful day. However, this year in June 2026 we were extremely disappointed in the hotel overall because of cleanliness and lack of housekeeping services. Upon arrival at 1:50 AM, we were given the keys to our suite and when we entered, the room was not clean. There was vomit and other body substances on the furniture and the room was not made for new guests. We were given another suite and at this point we were so tired we just crashed. ...

"The temperature control for the shower in our room didn't work. It was on full scalding hot or ice cold, there was no in between. When I mentioned it to the front desk they just said thanks for letting us know."

"Our room had not been cleaned before our arrival. It was obvious that sheets and pillowcases had not been changed from prior guests. Went to housekeeping and they gave us clean linens so we could make up our beds and told us to leave the dirty linens outside our door. The dirty linens were still laying in the hallway when we left about 9 the next morning. We had reserved to stay here overnight on our return trip but cancelled and booked another hotel."

"Clean room, Staff was very on point. QUITE. They had a front and good size parking lot in the back, both well lit. Didn't do breakfast there, however the set up was taken care of and clean. Lot of restaurants like Cracker Barrel and McDonald's you can walk to. Many more dining options just a short drive away. They are in the process of updating, but everything is contained. I would stay again."

"The property needs some attention. The common areas are dirty and smell bad. The room didn't smell bad, but it was dirty; there was chewing gum on the floor, and the air conditioner was dirty, old, and neglected."
