"We've stayed at the main property or building before and its been great. This time we were put in a second building on other side of the parking lot. Woken by the conversation in the hallway, went out to see what was going on. It was the cleaning staff early am laughing. Will contact the property next time to request main building or not at all. If the hotel wishes for more info would be happy to discuss.
Big difference in a stay between main hotel and 2nd area"
"Clean, comfortable, cozy and close to lake. Property well maintained. Very to communicate with host. Great that there is a restaurant too! True Alberta gem. We plan to come back and spend two weeks summer vacation with our family."
"Excellent hot breakfast with lots of choices including waffles, berries, whipped cream, yogurt and granny smith apples with caramel. The water bottle filler was cold & refreshing for our team water bottles. We appreciated pre-arranging the make-up wipes for our team. Very helpful staff!"
"Comfy beds, clean rooms. A bit dated but still great place to stay. The owners are incredibly nice, and very accommodating. Parking is a bit difficult but thats because its a busy little spot. Stayed for a work trip would definitely go back and stay again. Amenities are nearby but Rocky Mountain house isn't that large. All in all its a gem."
