"For the price we paid, a very good room. Spacious with a large comfortable bed. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of water too. Might be warm in high sommer because I did not see any AC vents."

"We stayed for one night while passing through on our honeymoon hoping for a bit of German charm. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was not luxurious but was adequate for one night. We did not receive responses to communications we sent prior to our stay which was an annoyance. The check-in time is very strict. We arrived just a few minutes prior to the black-out window because of our flight and had to wait until someone arrived, which was our fault but not ideal after traveling all day. We exclusively speak English and that proved to be a challenge, but the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate. The restaurant was excellent and the dinner service was outstanding. We would happily return for the food but not for the hotel."

"I absolutely enjoy each stay i have had at this Hotel. I beleive it is a family owned Hotel and Restaurant which can often be a memorable experience in Deutschland. The owner/manager provides a pleasant, professional service with a personal kindness that is unique and makes the stay so very comfortable. I always come to Hotel Sterkel when i am in Rödermark. Ich genieße jeden Aufenthalt, den ich in diesem Hotel hatte. Ich glaube, es ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel und Restaurant, das in Deutschland oft ein unvergessliches Erlebnis sein kann. Der Eigentümer / Manager bietet einen angenehmen, professionellen Service mit einer persönlichen Freundlichkeit, die einzigartig ist und den Aufenthalt so angenehm macht. Ich komme immer ins Hotel Sterkel, wenn ich in Rödermark bin."

"Nice spacious rooms with a large bright washroom. Room and property was very clean and in good condition. Parking for only 5€ and we didn’t eat breakfast in the restaurant so unable to comment on food. Hotel is in a remote area 20-25 mins from downtown Frankfurt. Noisy with highway traffic if you want to open windows. "
