"A 90s motel requiring a serious update. Shabby, drab interior and barely clean. 1 star at best. Tiles missing in bathroom, internal doors didn't close, dark hairs on sheets meant we wondered if they were clean. Mismatched, or missing, crockery and cutlery. Bug marks on ceilings and walls. Sheer privacy curtains in living area, but not in bedroom. Bedroom window wasn't air tight enough to block out traffic noise. Bedroom blind did not block out the flashing motel sign that went all night. Garden area and furniture were old and dirty and some plants were dead. The only good things were a very efficient heat pump and high water pressure.
A disappointing experience. Highly overpriced in light of all these things."

"Nobody to meet us on arrival at 3pm numerous phone calls to get into complex.Manager wanted credit card imprint incase of damages then proceeded to take $100 out of account.Has given all sorts of reasons for delay in refund been waiting a week.Very un professional a nd would not recommend "

"We stayed here as part of a larger group. Simon is fantastic with communication and accommodating to our needs. We were able to organise a buffet dinner for our large group which was delicious. The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our second time staying as a large group."
