"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something ..."

"The room was big for a budget priced hotel. The bathroom was clean and fully functional. There's a standard German shower stall and a one-piece sink/countertop.
