"Our room was not clean. On top of and the outside of the shelves weren't wiped down - spills down the front, and the bathroom shelf was dirty also. The bathroom door could not close because the latch was broken so there was not any privacy. We had to take freezing cold showers before dinner as there was no hot water at all, not even a bit warm, even after we waited a while.
