"After a long day of traveling, we arrived to the hotel to find a skeleton crew of staff who were not all that friendly or accommodating. Once we hauled our luggage up several flights of stairs to our room we found the room to be a bit dingy and the television did not work. We were expecting to relax and watch some television before an early flight the next morning. We contacted guest services to report the issue. A staff member arrived about an hour later and seemed quite annoyed that we had...

"We loved this hotel! The location is perfect, the bed comfy, delicious breakfast and cocktails on the roof top. The staff were also very nice and helpful."

"This is a hit or miss place. It was a big miss for us. The good: the location was great, 10 min walk to Colosium the apartment is also decent sized. The bad: the property management/maintainence is bad. We checked in and went for a bath, only to find no soap in the shower soap dispenser. The day after, the shower drain backed up and leaked water into the living room. It made the shoes and socks on the floor wet. We didnt bother reporting, as we had to head out for a tour and we were checking...
