"Anka City is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. It is close enough to the major sites to take a taxi, but I suggest having a car. We had a car so it was no trouble that it was a little further out. Plus, it was super easy to park on the street. (For reference, the Anitkabir is a 25-minute walk.)
