"One important concern we would like to mention is that the door to our bedroom was very low. My husband, who is 6’3”, hit his head more than once and was actually hurt, including his neck. This felt like a genuine safety issue rather than just an inconvenience. We would strongly recommend that the hotel consider addressing this—whether by modifying the doorway or clearly warning guests so other guests don’t run in the same problem literally. The building itself feels like something out of *The Grand Budapest Hotel*, and combined with the picturesque town and stunning alpine views from the window, it’s truly magical.
