Clean room, staff was able to organize an airport transfer and cruise port transfer. Room was very cute and the terrace was beautiful and lovely to sit out on after a long day of sight seeing. Hotel was close to attractions to walk to or ride the bus. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel. Management staff was very accommodating for early arrival and departure. Make sure that you are in contact with hotel upon arrival as you might find yourself locked out on the street. Main reception is on the 2nd floor. Highly recommend.

Our room at Aenea Superior Inn was truly the nicest of the rooms we had in our 9 day, 3 city trip to Italy. It was lovely having a beautiful reprieve from the city, with the day bed and regular bed to lounge on, powerful air conditioning, and adorable breakfast delivery to our door in the morning. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Such a lovely experience here. We only stayed one night at the end of our trip, and we wished we would have been here the whole time. The check-in staff were so helpful and honest. They let us check in early, and it was pristinely clean. By far the most comfortable beds we slept on in Italy! The location was a bit far from a metro or bus stop, and the walk was hilly, but we felt safe, and the street noise was very minimal. We also loved having two bathrooms and a washing machine. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely boutique hotel. Check in was interesting as you have to buzz through and then they let you in. Check in was a breeze. Room was lovely with an extra large queen bed and a huge terrace. Pastries in the morning were a treat. Location was perfect. . Would definitely recommend.

Nicely decorated room, clean and spacious, and convenient location but not noisy. We unfortunately discovered the nicer restaurants nearby too late on our stay - but they do exist. The street does feel a little unsafe although we never actually encountered any issues. Unfortunately the breakfast is really not good - a couple of dry pastries. I would stay again when in Rome.

Our apartment was well located to the Colosseum, Termini station, and many excellent restaurants. Nice grocery store across the street. Staff very helpful in providing information about anything needed. The apartment was large and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Morning pastries and coffee were much appreciated. Aenea was the perfect spot for my family of 6, central as walking distance to all the tourist sites in Rome. We enjoyed how close it was to the nearby restaurants, shops and major landmarks! The property was very spacious, clean, and better than what we expected. We especially enjoyed the fresh baked pastries that would be at our door each morning. What a pleasant treat. Definitely would highly recommend!! Gracie!!! 🤌❤️

I loved this quaint property. A quick 15 minute walk to the colosseum and cute restaurants nearby. It was clean, neat and just great all around. They provide sweet treats for breakfast right outside your door and they were delicious! I would love to stay here again!

Property and room was perfect. Clean, bright, AC, great amenities, fresh pastries delivered to our room each morning. Peaceful patio to have our morning coffee with the birds. Next to a smaller beautiful Basilica. Helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to many - Basilicas, fountains, and places to eat and drink. Wonderful place to stay at the end of our journey before heading home to the US. Highly, Highly, Highly recommend!

As others reviewers note, look for the big green doors, as there is no signage other than its mention on the buzzer. They have a very secure luggage storage area for those arriving early or leaving late. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many of Rome's highlights. The room was very spacious and a mix of old and modern. A nice surprise was a basket of treats/snacks upon arrival. In the morning they place a wicker basket of a variety of baked goods at your door. Highly recommend!
